Updating FitBit has always been like trying to connect to AOL. I can't believe I still have the junk.

Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.50 iOS and 3.50.1 Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".

 

If you haven't done so, please follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve issues updating your Fitbit device's firmware.

 

Whether the instructions shared above don't work, please provide the following information:

 

- Which Fitbit device do you have?

- Do you see any error when trying to update the firmware?

- What's your phone's make and model?
