Can't update my Profile picture

Hi, not sure if anyone else has this issue, but I've not been able to update my profile picture for many, many months now, and it's incredibly frustrating.

I go through the normal process of selecting a suitable image that fits the criteria, and clicking upload, but nothing happens, no confirmation, no error, and no change.

Hi, @KemikalGeneral, welcome to the community. May I assume you are using the following method? Touch your icon in the top right corner of the "Today" screen>Touch your icon top centre> Google Photos, upload from device or take a picture (you can browse illustrations here too) - I chose upload from device>select your preferred image>>done>(pause while uploading photo)crop & rotate (adjust the picture feld)>save as profile picture>your new picture will now populate the "Icon for your Google account in your Fitbit app, the icon for this forum remains unchanged. NOTE I'm connected to the internet via my Wifi.
