Can you track insomnia? - Fitbit App

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have hormonal based chronic insomnia. Every cycle (1-2 months) I have at least 5 days if insomnia. My insomnia consistents of ZERO sleep at all. Sometimes I'll lay in bed reading a book or on the couch bingeing shows or movies. Whenever I do that my Fitbit counts that time as me sleeping, so I manually delete those "sleep logs". But I don't always wear my Fitbit to sleep, so sometimes I don't know if I didn't wear my Fitbit, or has insomnia. Is there a way to track insomnia? Or even just make a note on that day? I have other pain/sleep logs, and I always write that there. I just wish I could put that info right on my Fitbit app!!

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the forums. Thanks for explaining your situation regarding the sleep logs and your current condition. There is however, no option to log insomnia. I find that very interesting though, since I also suffer from insomnia.
