Cannot Login Fitbit app

Hello! I am unable to login into my Fitbit app. Whenever I try to login a box appears ' Fitbit.com is unavailable. Please try again later'. I have already tried uninstalling and installing. Nothing works Please Help!

Have you tried clearing the cache of the Fitbit app?

Hi @Yajuman - in addition to what @DramaQueenDiva says, have you tried logout of the Fitbit and restart the phone.

On some phones, especially recent Samsungs, there can be an issue which may be related see - No internet connection 

Also try with each one of wifi or mobile data but not both to see if there is a difference by path.

Yes i have tried all the possible methods but nothing works. It does login in other devices but not in my device. I am using Samsung S21FE.

@Yajuman - your symptoms indicate a network issue in the Samsung. 

Have you tried login with either data only or WiFi only after restarting the phone.

Check the phone settings as previously posted.

It might also be worth checking to see if there might be a system update.
