Cannot Migrate Account to Google Account

When trying to migrate, upon linking to my google account it tells me that my google account is already linked to a fitbit account.

The only relationship my google account has to fitbit is that it's the same account I use on my android, which I pay my premium subscription through. But it has never been my login, nor do I have any other device signed up through it.

If I log in via the google account, it tells me 'You haven't moved Fitbit to your Google Account'.

I see a lot of posts on these marked closed etc without any actual feedback, has anyone else had any help/luck with this?

Is your Google account s private Gmail or a professional account running on Google servers under a different domain name? If the later, this may be the cause, as  Fitbit apparently works only with private Gmail ( contact support if this is your situation). Also, if you do have both private and professional accounts, there may be some trouble ( happened to me and Support sorted it out).

Thanks for the suggestion, unfortunately not applicable to my case as it's just a normal private Gmail account.
