Spo2 tracking is missing on Pixel Watch 2

I know there should be an oxygen saturation tracking tile in the Fitbit Today app on Pixel Watch 2, but it's missing.

I tried uninstalling the Fitbit app in Google Play and downloading again with VPN and this tile appeared for a while. But when I turn off the VPN, it disappears after a couple hours.
The sensor is definitely working every night as I see a blinking red light in the morning, but there is no oxygen saturation information on watch and smartphone app.

Hi, @Lutemka, welcome to the community, you may find How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device? of interest. I find the data is sometimes not present first thing in the morning but it is populated after a second manual sync (I'm in the UK). I do not use a VPN, bear in mind some countries do not approve of the Sp02 function so if your VPN locates you in one (or you live in one) it may be disabled. Bottom line - sync your Fitbit app.

I hope this helps.

Cheers

Hi! I have the same issue. Do you solve it somehow? What country VPN did you use?

Hi! Unfortunately, I haven't managed to solve it yet. I used Germany as my location on VPN, but as I said in post it's temporary solution.
