Cannot Sync to Galaxy S5

I have been attempting to sync my blaze to my s5 and it keeps kicking back a reset bluetooth message. I have tried to reset and reset to no avail. Am I missing something?

Hello @garygoss, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. I was passing by and I noticed you are having issues to sync your tracker.
