Cannot change Charge 6 clock face

I have a problem with my Android app. I got the Charge 6 and would now like to change the clock face. This is not possible because as soon as I click on “Gallery” it says that I have no internet connection. But this is not correct.

What I have done so far:

Uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it.

Data saving off.

Tried mobile data and Wi-Fi.

Other apps can connect to the Internet. What can I do?

Although I'm not sure that this will work, try clearing the cache for the Fitbit app on your phone. Then force stop the app and re-open it.

If this doesn't work, try clearing the storage for the Fitbit app on your phone, then force stop, and re-open the app. You will need to log back in after clearing the storage.

Hopefully, one of this steps will clear out whatever is giving you the no internet error message and you'll be able to access the Gallery.
