Cannot connect Samsung Note 10 phone to Fitbit

Able to enable set up of my account on my tablet but not my phone..

@Lasttry I will gladly help you log into your account on your Samsung Note 10. 

Thanks for the explanation. Please try the following. After opening the Fitbit app on your smartphone, tap on "LOG IN" and proceed to enter your email address and password. If you tap on the other option it will take you to create a new account and if you use the same credentials, it will tell you that the email address is already in use. 

Do you receive a specific error message when trying to log in? Please guide me through the steps you take until it does not let you set up your account. Thanks in advance.

I got no message after I put in my Gmail account and the password for fit
bit. I went through all the various steps suggested on line. I rebooted my
phone and the fit bit. I Uninstalled and re installed the app. Nothing.
Finally,, after a week of calling support, checking the internet for advice
and performing all the suggested operations I found a solution. There are
various versions of the fitbit app in Playstore. The one that finally
worked was one specifically titled "fitbit versa 2 app for android". That
one did the trick.

I have the same problem.  I could not find specific app for versa2.

I have had the same problem, but it worked when I turned on the VPN for the USA. It seems FitBit.Com is now blocking connections from some countries?

It's in the Google playstore. You have to scroll down through various versionsisted under the Fitbit app.
