I am annoyed that old badges cannot be deleted! I had a fitbit in 2016 and was very active and got a lot of badges. I just got a new one after not having one for a couple of years (and not being very active) and it would be nice to be able to delete the old badges in order to earn them "new" again, since fitbit is supposed to be all about motivation.
I also, (while trying to get the old badges to go away) accidentally deleted all of my steps logged before today 😞
I chatted with customer support on both of these things, and while they were very kind, they were unable to help. It seems like they don't have any more tools than I do in fixing system issues or things they should be able to help with!
