Hi, I cannot add a decimal point for fractional values in the app. I have found that, apparently, I can add fractional values in the online dashboard, but there surely must be a way - when I'm on the road, I have my phone with me, and not a laptop!
To mock me, it does automatically insert the "," as a thousand separator if I specify values that large. (And to be especially annoying, the food already exists in the UK database, but not the German one. And even in the UK one, searching for "Huel" doesn't just return the product/manufacturer, but nooo, completely unrelated "popular" food stuffs first.)
I did not buy the Fitbit for food tracking primarily, but honestly, you folks should look at cooperating with FDDB. This is clearly not an area of strength in the current design.
This is on Android 7, with the app version 2.48 and a Charge 2.

I tap in the serving field and then use the x to back space and I can put a decimal in with no problem

In the serving field, yes. But not for the nutritional values - e.g., 15,4g fat per 100g or some such.
