I have recently bought a fitbit Charge 2
It does everything perfectly, except for the notifications.
I can get them to work, after reading the troubleshooting and the support links.
- Turning bluetooth on and off on my mobile device for like 100 times,
- deleting the link between my fitbit and my mobile phone for about 100 times.
- Restarting my mobile phone 50 times. (not always necessary)
Eventually something works and the notifications will appear on my fitbit.
But after 10 minutes or so, it stops working.
All day sync is on,
Notification widget is off, tried having it on but it doesn't make a difference except it drains my battery.
Encryption is off.
How come it only works for 10 minutes??

I got an android mobile device.
I can setup my notifications to work. But after 30 minutes, I'm not recieving any more notifications.
It only works after I turn off my mobile device 100 times, delete the BT link between phone and tracker and restart my fitbit app again and again, setting the notifications on and off in the setup menu in the app.
When I finally get it to work again, it will only work for a short period of time and then I have to repeat the proces again.
Why isn't it working as it should?
Everything else works perfectly!
