Cannot enter activities manually

For some reason my fitbit is not registering my biking activities (since this week, I had a similar issue last year for a few weeks). Now I wanted to enter them manually through the app, but the app is not accepting input. Keep getting the error to specify the activity when I selected the activity from a drop-down list... Annoying. Through website it works (and I can also enter the distance). Android 9.0, firmware 22.22.55.2. Update: I can now do it again after manually entering through the website. Strange bug.

Hello @Maarten.

Thanks for taking the time to bring this up, sharing that screenshot and letting us know that the Fitbit isn't tracking your bike activities.

Glad to read that it did work after going through the website. Please know that we will keep this in mind. We are always looking for ways to improve the overall Fitbit experience and find solution for situations like this. If this happens again, please try force closing the app. That should get it working again.

As for the tracking of your biking activities, could you let me know what Fitbit is it that you are using when you are  biking? In the meantime please try restarting it before going on a ride. That will help so that it tracking it correctly.

Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
