Also now I cannot exit other apps on the phone

@Missy2247 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that you can't exit the Fitbit app. This seems more like a phone issue than anything else as other apps are showing the same issue. Still you can try restarting your phone, make sure that it has enough internal memory left and uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
