Cannot get Samsung Note 10+ to show Fitbit as connected device.

I recently purchased a Samsung Note 10+ and cannot get it to recognize my Fibit Charge 2 as a connected device even though it shows that it is paired.  I also cannot get it to communicate with the 3rd party app Healthslate.  Help please.

Your phone is not on the Approved Devices list so may work for some functions and not others.
