I have searched the internet as to why I cannot receive call notifications on my Versa 2. I have done everything except resetting the Versa 2 to its factory settings. I can go into my Fitbit app and send a test call notification that works. But when someone calls my cell phone, I am not notified on my Versa 2. Does anyone else have a fix for this?

Hi @sonothappy - firstly have you restarted the phone?
And are you talking about a regular mobile phone call, as opposed to by a chat service?

I've restarted the phone several times. Yes, I am talking about a regular cell phone call.
The Versa 2 stopped notifying me of incoming calls a few months ago. I thought it would fix itself through an app update but I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app last night and it still won't notify me of incoming calls. The test call notification comes through just fine, though.

@sonothappy- if it's an Android phone, Fitbit App corruption can persist despite a reinstallation.
Logout of the Fitbit App, clear the storage cache and force stop it.
Then login, head to the home screen without closing the App and click on the sync popup and wait for the pair and link prompts and sync the watch.
Click profile photo, Versa 2 photo, Notifications and verify that Calls is set on, just to be sure.
Try receiving a call with the Fitbit App visible on the watch, and try again with the phone screen blank, to see if there is a difference.

I tried that and it still does not work. I even added phone to app notifications so now it tells me when I have missed calls but I cannot get notifications when a call is incoming. And the test call notification does not work consistently. Sometimes is goes through, but other times it tells me to turn on notifications for that setting. That function is turned on. This is frustrating.

@sonothappy - it may be specific to your phone, or phone settings, try chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
