I cannot seem to get the clockfaces to load on the app to change my clock face? I have tried unpairing the fitbit restarting the app, uninstalling the app and re-installing the app, restarting the fitbit nothing seems to work? I don't even get an error message? Just the circle appears like its loading the clock face I have chosen but they never load??? So frustrated??? Any ideas welcome please

Were you ever able to resolve this problem? If so, how? I have a Versa lite and was unable to sync it for MONTHS. Just got new phone and watch syncs but I'm still unable to download clock faces. I get the dreaded circle thingy. 😞
