Versa 2 sync issues to Android app

Ever since I updated to the most recent app version, syncing is off. Example. Today I did treadmill. Watch shows 34 minutes of activity, app shows 11 minutes. It's does this all the time now. Some days of activity doesn't even show at all on the app. I checked and I do have the most current update. Hasn't been right since the new company took over.

It sounds like your Versa 2 isn't syncing at all to your Fitbit app and this is why your data isn't always syncing, please try this troubleshooting and let me know if all your data gets transferred to your app. 

 

If you experience difficulties again, let me know if this is happening only with active zone minutes.
