Hi,  I am trying to figure out why I don't get notifications that I have a text.  I have fitbit 4.  Samsung 8plus

 

The notifications is on.

 

Any help would be great

Thank you for the details shared. I'd like you to confirm that you followed this procedure to set notifications on your Fitbit app. If you have but you're still not receiving them, confirm that DND or Sleep mode aren't turned on in Quick settings on your Charge 4, to access press and hold the button and swipe left.
