Hi! Since about a week I cannot get my fitbit to update. And because it's not updated it's realyl difficult to get it to sync (a lot of patience is needed, and I only manage to do it every few days, after several attempts). Whenever I click on "update firmware" it starts searching for my fitbit, but cannot find it. I have made sure to connect and charge my fitbit as it says I should, I keep it close to the phone, bluetooth and wifi is on. I tried restarting the fitbit, my phone, the app, even updated software on my phone, and now I ran out of ideas. I could not find anything related to this exact topic in the community. My phone is an Honor 9 (android app) and I have a fitbit charge 3. I would appreciate any help or if someone found a solution for this 🙂 Thank you in advance! Regards, Sabrina

I am having the same problem 😠
Can't sync or update.
It either can't find my fitbit or said update failed
