You need to go into the account section of the app (select the "business card" icon) and then select "set up a device"
Select "Charge 2" and it will ask you if you want to replace your existing Charge 2. Just say yes and follow the prompts. All your data, settings, badges etc will be retained.
Best AnswerFinally got it to sync yesterday but ran into the same problem today. Getting very tired of the device not automatically synching. Very disappointed in the whole device.
What smartphone do you have? Fitbit isn't compatible with most androids produced after mid 2015. Check the "compatible smartphone list" thread
