Cannot log in

I have a replacement HR the program will not let me log in with password. I change it like it ask now it tells me someone all ready has this account . Now I can't log in

@ROLLTIDE26 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Don't worry! Try changing your password by using the "forgot password" option on the log in section. You will receive an email with the instructions on how to recover your password. You can do this on the app and on the online dashboard as well. Also, on the app, make sure you are tapping on "Log in" instead of "Join Fitbit". Check the picture I left below, on the left side is how it shows on the online dashboard, on the right side is how it shows on the app for Android devices!
