Hi, have you tried the steps here? http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/
In addition, recently I had a sync problem and discovered that I had to turn on Location Settings in order to sync. I use Samsung S4 with Android Lollipop (5.0.1).
Perhaps you can give it a try and let us know if it works.
I posted a request to update the Fitbit Help pages. Please discuss and support the request here: fitbit.link/29pe82W

Welcome to the Community @geeruff!
Let me help you with this,I agree with @geeruff by following the troubleshooting steps for syncing, below you can find it as well:
- Turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, and then open the Fitbit app.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and open it again.
- Reboot your mobile device and then open the Fitbit app again.
- Restart your tracker, make sure to follow the instructions that @PeterFitbit shared.
- Try syncing with a computer instead. If you use the notifications feature, first see Why is my tracker only syncing with one mobile device?
- If you're still unable to sync, I agree with @Mystique contact Customer Support so they can investigate the issue and get you back on track.
Keep me posted!
