Cannot pair my new Fitbit Charge 5 with Samsung

Hello I have tried restarting Charge by pressing its charger thrice, as indicated, i have tried switching off and on the bluetooth on my Phone. Both devices are charged and charge 5 gets discovered and displays the 4 digit code.  Then pairing starts,  it lasts for a long time, then there is a message about the failure.  Could you kindly help me on that? 🙂

@MntnLaurel787 I will gladly help you pair your Fitbit Charge 5. In this case I recommend you try the tips in the following article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?. Make sure all requirements are met, before you even try the troubleshooting steps outlined in the article.

Hi I finally succeeded 🙂 just keep trying maybe after couple of times it gets paired 🙂
