Cannot pair with new phone

I've tried everything I can think of to get my watch to pair with new phone and nothing works

Have you checked that your new phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

 

If you still have your old phone make sure it doesn't still have a bluetooth connection to the fitbit that may be blocking connection from your new phone.

My old phone was cleared and factory reset. O think it has something to do with my driving mode, but can't seem to delete that
