Hello @Caryn321

Sometimes just restarting your phone works. So try that first. If that doesn’t work check to see if your Android phone needs updating. If it needs updating do the update then try reinstalling the Fitbit App.

If no update is needed on your phone then head back to the Google Play Store and on the top right of your screen tap your profile icon.
1. Tap Manage Apps & device

2. Next tap Manage (to the right of overview)

3. Next tap Installed then tap not installed

4. Find Fitbit App in the list and tap it to reinstall

If your still running into issues  then let’s clear the cache on the google play store to see if that helps. Here’s how:

  1. Tap your phones Settings
  2. Scroll down and tap Apps
  3. Scroll down and tap Google Play Services.
  4. Next scroll down and tap Storage then tap Clear cache.
  5. Restart your phone the head back to Google Play Store and try to download Fitbit App again.

😃 Hopefully this will help you get the Fitbit App back up and running. Please come back and let me know how it goes.
