My wife has an Inspire and an Android app. We came from the US to Europe and the time does not change. We have tried the timezone settings on the app, we have rebooted the Fitbit and the app several times. No result. Earlier I had similar problem with my Fitbit Charge and tuning the timezone settings on the app solved the problem.

Hello @mara56
Hopefully I can help. I see you have already gone to the time zone settings. Let’s check locations settings as well.
Open the Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down to and tap App setting. Next tap location. Check to ensure your location is set correctly and on automatically. Sync your Inspire after making any changes.
Also, just to check, when you went to the time zone settings did you turn automatically off, then tap Select time zone then select the correct time zone? If not try this as well. Again Sync your Inspire after making any changes.
😃I hope this helped and got you back to the correct time zone. Please let me know

Hello again @mara56
Try selecting a different time zone that your actually not in and sync your Inspire then select the correct one save and sync again.
If it’s still giving you trouble try restarting your Fitbit Inspire. (I know you’ve already tried this but sometimes they tracker can be fussy) Just plug her Inspire into its charger then press down and hold the button on the inspire until you see a small smiley face icon then release the button. You should feel the Inspire vibrate letting you know the restart procedure is complete. Now sync your Fitbit to see if that corrected the time zone.
🤞 I hope this helps. Please come back and let me know how it goes.
