My posts are no longer showing on my profile and I cannot see other people's posts on their profile. I can only see posts in groups. This is an issue because the social aspect is significant to me. I am using a Galaxy S20 Ultra and an old Charge HR tracker. Please help.

I have a similar issue.

The second I witre a post, select an achievement or attachment and the post it to my friends the achievement/attachment dissapears and the post cannot be interacted with, no additional comments can be added nor does the cheer button. My Friends also can't see the posts.

I've tried the following

Force quit the Fitbit app.

Uninstall the app from your mobile device.

Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.

Reboot your mobile device.

Reinstall the Fitbit app.

Login using your account credentials.

This issue also happens on my tablet app as well, both Samsung devices, its almost like I've been blocked from making community posts yet don't know it.

I second that.  Same issue!!!

Best Answer

Same problem aswell did they ever work out how to fix???

Best Answer

Nope, still doesn't work. No reply from their useless support team either. I even created a brand new account and have the exact same issue. I was going to buy a new Fitbit but not now, going to move over to a competetor service instead and am telling my friends and family not to get Fitbit. I work in an electronics store so will also be making sure customers avoid Fitbit too.

What is the version number. Mine is currently 3.41, updated yesterday and still has the same issue.

Who can I contact to get this fixed as I don't use Twitter? You must have an email address I can use. It can't only be twitter, if so, that's pathetic

Also, you sad we are starting to release a version during these days and then didn't even list the days you were referring to? What days please?

Hi @Brockles1  email support isn't available, but there is an online chat and a few phone numbers for the different countries. As for when it's released, these versions are sent out on a rolling basis and you'll see on the app when it's reached you.

@Brockles1  when the new version is released, it will be announced, with the number of it. I'm just a member of the community and not a Fitbit employee with that information to share with you.

So are there no actual staff on these forums?

@Brockles1  a Fitbit employee has "Fitbit" after their name and their title is Moderator. @JuanFitbit is an employee of the company and has posted in this thread. A Moderator can only tell us on the forums, the information that they are able to share and sometimes they honestly don't know when a person will receive the updates based on our locations.

Hi @Odyssey13 , thank you for the information provided and for your help.

@Brockles1 Thank you for your reply . As our friend Odyssey13 stated, firmware and app updates are roll out in phases so that we can monitor it and take the necessary steps if needed. Just wanted to add to this, that the updates released are independent of the location. So that it could happend that a member of the same household could get the update days prior to the rest of the household.

Just to confirm, could you verify if your friends on your groups can see your posts that are not shown on your app?

I'll be expecting your reply

I have the same issue but this issue is something recently new and yet with a phone I've had for over a year. I have the iphone 11...this is very frustrating that I cannot see my own posts...none of them. I have been a Fitbit member since 2017... how can this be? I own an Apple Watch but continue to stay on FB for the interaction and challenges but I think that I will leave if this is not resolved soon...any help with this situation about not seeing your own posts with an iphone is much appreciated!
