Cannot sync tracker or update software

I cannot sync my charge hr or update software. I get message that Bluetooth service is busy. Help!

Welcome to the Community @Cannotsync. I would like to know if you keep having problems updating and syncing your tracker? If you do, please follow the Syncing Troubleshoot. After these steps, follow the Update Troubleshoot, you can do these steps directly from your Android Fitbit app or a computer.
