Hi, I am using Fitbit Premium on the Google Pixel Watch with Pixel 6 smartphone, and since yesterday, I am unable to synchronize the data after all possible attempts mentioned here:
https://support.google.com/fitbit/answer/14236618?hl=en-GB&sjid=12687108597487571545-AP

I am also using Fitbit Premium with Inspire 3, which syncs with the Fitbit app on Pixel 6 without a problem.
Please help me urgently. Thank you.

Hello @yoko_surya @SunsetRunner

I'm seeing other Pixel Watch users starting to report that they are now able to sync with the Fitbit app. So, it looks like the issue has been fixed.

Please try to sync and let us know if it's working for you.

Searching at the top of this page, "sync Pixel", found many alike threads.
Fitbit app is 'very very' frequently updated in Android or iOS, so the version is assumed to be one of the root cause of 'not syncing', I may think.

caused by the version of app in PixelWatch: (for example)

Not syncing is caused by the bad state of Bluetooth connection.
And now, your phone's Bluetooth condition is what? Pixel Watch is connected to your Pixel6?

Hi everybody! Thank you for your messages and information.

As our friend RiekoC mentioned. Our team informed me that this should be solved now.
If you haven't done so yet, try restarting your phone (off/on) and try to sync the Pixel Watch again with the Fitbit App.
