Google Pixel not syncing with Fitbit app

I have my Google watch for couple days now. It synced One time which was on Saturday and ever since then I cannot get it to sync. It's connected to it but it doesn't upload any information I have on my watch to the app itself and I've tried all the troubleshooting that they suggested. If anybody knows more information about this please help me out!

I had the same problem. Updating the Fitbit app on the watch fixed it.

I'm sure you can do this on your phone but this is what I did:

- On the watch, open the "Play Store"

- Scroll all the way to the bottom and click on "Manage Apps"

- Click on "Update All" (assuming there are apps to update).

When I did this, there were about 20 updates waiting including the Fitbit app and Wear OS. Once updated, I could refresh the Fitbit app on the phone without error. Hope this works for you too.

I had the same issue. The Fitbit app on my phone was up to date, but the Fitbit app on my watch needed an update. Once the app on the Pixel watch was updated, it would sync just fine.

Hello  -

This did not work for me. My issue started the minute I was prompted to move my Fitbit account to Google. I bought the Pixel Watch less than two weeks ago. It worked perfectly until last Saturday when (prompted) I moved my account from Fitbit to Google. Now my Pixel Watch is never logged in because my phone only recognizes my Google account and not the Fitbit account I created. This has been escalated several times and I'm still stuck with no synching. Is there a way to reverse my account so I am signing in to Fitbit instead of Google?
