Hello

I have troubles when syncronizing my smartwatch with my phone.

I'm using Samsung galaxy A20e.

Problem is that i have to do it more than 10 times a day,sometimes it syncronizes by itself, but most od the time i have to repeat all the steps as from the very first activation.

 Before this phone I had iphone7 and there were no issues,but my phone crashed so i took this device.

Can you please suggest what can be done in order to solve this issue?

Maybe I have missed something..

I have the same issue with my Samsung 7s. I have been trying for over 2 hrs. It has not synched since sometime last night. UUUUGH!
