I just received a Fitbit Versa 2 for my LG V40 Thin Q. I have set my default texting app to receive notifications but when I get a message, I get 1 new message. When I tap on it, it gives me two options: open with a picture of the phone to open my message up on my phone and clear. How can I view my text messages on my Versa 2? I am using a third party SMS app Next SMS. I don't know if that makes a difference or not. As I stated before, I have a LG V40 Thin Q and I am running Android 10. Any help would be nice, thanks!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Hi @RicardoFitbit, I can view messages but I cannot send messages; emoji and talk to text. It says Message Is On The Way! but no one is receiving them.
