  • Anytime I try to post something it fails something when ever I try to comment on a post it fails I can only cheer or send a friend request I can't post anything or comment please do anyone know what's going on ..I am using infinix hot 7

I don't understand what you mean.  You just posted 2 items successfully.  You must have some other idea of what "posting something" means.  What precisely is still not working.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

What he means is the community posting within the app groups only. This feature is only available via the app and not within the online Fitbit here.

I'm having the exact same problem within the app. I can't participate within the community groups at all. Even if I log in on my brother's phone. Still won't let me post in the community groups. This obviously has something to do with our individual accounts that needs to be changed by Fitbit staff. Please help us and how do we contact someone to get this help?
