Best AnswerWhat he means is the community posting within the app groups only. This feature is only available via the app and not within the online Fitbit here.
I'm having the exact same problem within the app. I can't participate within the community groups at all. Even if I log in on my brother's phone. Still won't let me post in the community groups. This obviously has something to do with our individual accounts that needs to be changed by Fitbit staff. Please help us and how do we contact someone to get this help?
