Cant find how to add mobiletracker to my phone

I am wanting to sync the mobiletracker but cant find how to add device on my Note4 app.  the instructions are really vauge on the website

Hey @Mobetta88, how are you doin' today? the Samsung Galaxy S7 is already a compatible device, so your tracker should be properly syncing now. However, if this is not the case, as @Rich_Laue mentioned, you can follow the troubleshooting to fix syncing issues with Android devices. 

@Dize, welcome to the Community! is the Flex or the Flex 2 that you want to set it up?

Galaxy S8 shows as compatible for Mobile Track on the list but there is no way to connect it (followed all solutions listed).  How can you mark this post as resolved when it isn't?

I am having the same issue with my Note 10. I couldn't find away how to add the Mobile track.
