Cant get my fitbit to sync

I have a charge 2 fit bit and I haven't been able to get it to sync to my galaxy A tablet for the last two days. I have reset the fitbit but it still won't work

The fitbit restart procedure doesn't always work so it might be worth trying that a few more times. It's also worth restarting the tablet if you haven't yet done so.

 

If it still won't sync after that then there are a few more things to try in this help file:
