Hi. I can't login to the Android app. It asks for email & password, but when I enter them it stays on the same page. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Also tried with both Wi-Fi and mobile data. Can anyone help?

Thanks for bringing this up, for trying to reinstall the app, and trying WiFi and mobile data to try and log in before posting in here.
Since you have already tried all of those steps, it could be related to the servers themselves. My question in here would be if you have gotten some sort of error message at some point? If so, what did it say? Also, what phone is it that you are using? Has this always been like that or did it recently start happening?

I received no error message. Just 'Please wait' then stays obliging page.
My phone is Samsung Galaxy A7.
I downloaded app to check if my phone is compatible with Fitbit, as it's
not on the list of compatible devices.
I only signed in once before (when I registered). I already changed
password twice.
I think I'm gonna give up on Fitbit. Nobody can tell me if they will work
on my phone.

Thanks for getting back to me.
The Galaxy A7 is currently not part of the supported devices list. Having said that, it shouldn't impact your ability to log into your account.
At this moment, are you logged into that account to post in the Forums or did you create a separate account? Are you logged through a computer at the time?
