I got an alta for chrustmas but it wont sinc with my phone. I have tried turning on and off blue tooth restarting phone but it still wont connect. Any ideas on why?

This may be a problem. That phone isn't on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices 

 

This can mean that it doesn't work or just that it hasn't yet been tested by fitbit. However, I've just done a quick search of the community and there seem to be a number of posts from people with that phone having the same problems so it doesn't sound good.

 

Do you have access to a computer that you could use to setup and sync your alta?
