Hi, @Alextaylor! Just go into the app, open up the Versa settings, go into notifications, and turn off email.

Did not work. Spent an hour with Tech support... worked for about 15 minutes and back to receiving emails. The buzzing on my wrist drives me crazy. I have my Fitbit Versa 2 set to Do Not Disturb. Not happy I paid $200 for this watch.

Go to the Fitbit app on your phone, select on your account top left, select your device, scroll down to notifications under General you will find emails select and disable, also you can go to App Notifications and you select other apps from there to disable other apps as like myself other email accounts. How this helps anyone else that has this issue.

I'm having the same problem, was there ever a fix? I got to the versa 2 settings and disable it and it enables itself a minute later
