Cant sync - New Update is a trainwreck

This latest update is a trainwreck and has now cost me what was probably a perfectly functional tracker as well $100. My Alta HR stopped syncing 2 days ago. The help desk troubleshooting lead them to believe it was a bad Alta HR. It was 2 years old, so out of warranty. Went out tonight and spent $100 on a new Inspire HR only to have it immediately give me THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM! Looking here, looks like I am not the only one. @Fitbit - fire your developers, give my $100 back, and FIX THIS!
