Cant sync with fitbit.com

Hi for a few weeks now while trying to sync my fitbit hr with app it says cannot connect to fitbit.com. somethines it does sync other times ive lost complete days as thry refuse to sync. ive uninstalled app and reset fitbit but its still not working properly. Any suggestions? Phone is Samsung s6 edge running on latest software

I'm having the same problems.  I can sign in at fitbit.com/login but the app for my windows 10 pc refuses to connect to fitbit.com and my phone has been having nothing but issues for two weeks now.  I somehow magically got my flex to  sync on Monday.  But I was doing all the different troubleshooting on botht the website and my phone so I have no idea why.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @carsond17 @Valkaria Smiley Very HappyI was checking the list of supported devices and was able to find the Galaxy S6 Edge. However, the Galaxy S6 Edge is not listed yet. That is the reason why is not communicating. I'm pretty sure a version for the Galaxy S6 Edge will be out soon. In the meanwhile, you can use any computer to sync it

 

On a side note @carsond17, do you also have the S6? Were you talking about your Windows 10? Is it the only device you can sync with?
