If you are looking for "classic fit bit" or just "fit bit", you will not find it because there is no such device. Different people might have different ideas of what the "classic" is, but it is not actually a model. If you click 'Help' at the top of this page, then 'More Products", you can see all the fitbit models and maybe identify yours.
I agree. I've seen a device see a "classic" version of a device. The actual name of your device will appear 1st, before the word classic if applicable. If you are still having issues syncing your device withe correct name. I would suggest check in ur play store, or whats best for you, for updates for your firmware as well as the Fitbit app. Another step, it has helped me, is plug your charger into your USB with device securely in charger. Go through your app there with your device, it will use wifi vs Bluetooth. Doing this was very helpful for me as well as with the app on my mobile device. If there's anything further I can help happy to. Also there's a great group of firbit and a wide range of their devices. So many willing to help so you're not impeded.
