Cant't sync or pair Surge with Note 5

Have had my Surge for alittle over a year now with a Note 4. Worked great and with its help I have managed to lose 85lbs. Switched to Note 5 alottle over 3 weeks ago. At first it gave me hell trying to set it up with the Note 5. After many attempts I finally got it to connect and it worked as normal.

Now this morning I wake up and my clock is almost 3 hours behind. Go into the app to attempt to fix it and my phone and Surge will no longer communicate. Surge will not sych with phone. Will not pair with Bluetooth. Hell the Surge wont even come up as an available device

Really do not want to get rid of it as I really loved and promoted this thing. But beginning to have second thoughts. Feels like I have a $150 paper weight at this point

Try shutting the Surge York (press menu button, swipe to settings screen then scroll to 'Shutdown'. Also on the same screen ensure Bluetooth is 'on'.

Man I have tried it all. I was in Jury Duty for 10 hours yesterday so I had all the time in the world. I deleted and reinstalled the app 25+ times, shut down and restarted the Surge 25+ times, tried to update and add new device to the app 25+ times, charged the surge completely full, I do not know what else I can try. Turn all day synch off and on, tried turning notifications on and off, I tried it all.

Under bluetooth on the Surge I only have on and Pair. I tried both. The Surge will not synch or connect. Hell the phone will not even recognize the surge as an available device. I finally got it to come up last night and then it would not connect. Then it disappeared off the available device list never to return again

I do not even care that it will not update or synch or pair. Even though I should for what I paid for it. I just want the **ahem** clock to be right so I atleast have a freaking watch!!!!!

Everyone -- UPDATE: The Galaxy Note 5 is now listed as a supported device here. I recommend trying to sync again and/or following these troubleshooting tips if you continue to experience issues.
