One time, I was able to display my cardio fitness score on my Android, but no longer can. One posted suggestion calls for sweeping the heart rate tile to get the graph. It even shows the graph that I got the first time, but the sweep does nothing now.

I did as you requested. My LG phone says that my Android 7.0 is up-to-date,
although Google shows an Android 10.0 as the latest.
I did find a difference after I followed your directions. If I double-click
on the heart at 62 bpm Resting heart rate, I get a graph of the resting
heart rate and a section that has "See How Fit You Are". It has a button
"Learn more" in purple. If I click on Learn More, I get a window entitled
"What's new", with "Cardio Fitness Score" below the drawing. If I slide
this right-to-left, I am led to the graph with the information I sought - I
think. This is the panel that I saw in my first try and had not been able
to reproduce. A score of 38.7 is shown as excellent for my age (84). I do
not see my score, but there is a bright spot in the yellow area that appears
to be about 53. I think that is what was listed the first time I saw this
chart, but I do not see the value listed now. I got to the point of the
graph previously by "hacking". Maybe my problem was due to the fact that I
could not remember my hacking path.
Can I get the fitness score from the Dashboard on my PC?
By the way, if the 53 is correct, I am quite a few points below Ryan Hall's
score of 81, but he is currently only 37 years old. At what age did he hit
81?

@RicardoFitbit For me a logout and android settings app and notification all apps fit bit app, clear cache did not work but a force stop, accepting that it might misbehave did return fiction of cardio fitness considered a function. More importantly it allowed me to reach my account information that was hidden by the last update..
