Your cardio load feature is unrealistic and you can't truly turn the sucker off. It nags you no matter what. I just want to maintain what I have been doing for 5 years and it keeps changing the bar. Heaven forbid it you take a day off. Then it has you doing make up. It took me 20,000 steps to meet it's goal yesterday and the only reason I did that was to shut up the stupid notification off on my fitbit. You are going to make me hate getting my exercise. Is that what you truly want to do. Please let me shut the stupid thing off so I can continue using the app in peace.

I just completed 40 minutes of Spinning at 85% of my HRmax. Got all of 18 Cardio Points. That's not much help in getting into my target range of 112 - 141.
Yesterday my target range was 49 - 81 and I Rowed for 30 minutes at a slightly lower HR but got 55 points.
What a useless metric!

Hello @Katchikan & @YachatsMike
I saw a Moderator post from 07 Jan 2025 stating that an update to the Fitbit app will start rolling out soon and includes general issue fixes for the Cardio Load and Target Cardio Load. That said, I've seen some users report that they updated their app this week to version 4.34, indicating that the rollout has started.
The updates tend to rollout in waves. Keep checking your app store for the update and install it when it's available to you.
Also, there's a feature request in the Product Feedback forum to give users the ability to disable the Cardio Load target message (<-- click link). You can add your vote and comments to this feature request. If & when this feature is incorporated into the Fitbit app, this and disabling the Cardio Load tile under the Activities section in the Fitbit app will basically turn off the feature.
