We have been using fit-bit's for 5 years and they have finally managed to make a feature that is completely annoying.
1. Cardio load pop-up, with no way to turn it off even if you turn it off.
2. The goal numbers are completely crazy
Wed: 1-142
Thu: 1-142
Fri: 1-142
Sat: 1-142
Sun: 1-160
Mon: two thirty to three zero five
Tue: Two seventy seven to three zero five (didn't let me use digits for these number for some crazy reason).
Wed: one ninety six to three zero nine

Hello @SunsetRunner
I saw a Moderator post from 07 Jan 2025 stating that an update to the Fitbit app will start rolling out soon and includes general issue fixes for the Cardio Load and Target Cardio Load. That said, I've seen some users report that they updated their app this week to version 4.34, indicating that the rollout has started.
The updates tend to rollout in waves. Keep checking your app store for the update and install it when it's available to you. After you install the update, hopefully, the goal numbers will be more reasonable & sensible.
Also, there's a feature request in the Product Feedback forum to give users the ability to disable the Cardio Load target message (<-- click link). You can add your vote and comments to this feature request. I understand that the developers monitor this forum to see what features are being requested for potential future implementation.
