Update Yesterday has a Bug

An Update to Android App came through early AM or late last night.  I have two different Samsung phones.  Both updated the app.  My S22 Ultra App now cannot stay open.  It closes a second after opening and the phone says that the app has a bug.  I cleared the Fitbit Cache.  I restarted the phone.  The error on the app continues.  It says the App has a bug.  On the other phone I can keep it open for longer, but it also keeps closing.  I did check to see if missing exercise days were fixed, but NO.  So all the problems that started back in September with that update are still present and now we have a bug and the App is not able to work at all really.   This is the most frustrating experience ever.  Fitbit was really the best tracker on the market.  Charge 4 was the best product.  But now....it has been one nightmare after another.  Charge 5 took away the altimeter.  Then the change in the App took away the front screen logo that you could add metric measures to...and then the disastrous update this past September that basically wipes out your history from showing on the app, and now a bug that make the app close continuously.  Why is this becoming such a calamity? See screenshot of error message.

Hello @MGlass50

I saw a Moderator post from 07 Jan 2025 stating that an update to the Fitbit app will start rolling out soon. That said, I've seen some users report that they updated their app this week to version 4.34, indicating that the rollout has started.

The updates tend to rollout in waves. Keep checking your app store for the update and install it when it's available to you. Hopefully, the update will fix the issues you're seeing.
