Hi
My Charge 6 is faithfully recording workouts, sleep data, readiness, health metrics etc - but for the last four days it hasn't given me a cardio load target. It was regular before this.
I did have one day where I didn't record a cardio load (mostly not wearing the watch at all that day) and then the next day this run of no targets appeared.
I have the current android app, firmware's all up to date etc. Have restarted the app, cleared its cache etc.

Hi everybody! Thank you for your messages, reports and screenshots shared.
The bug that caused Cardio target load to not appear in the Fitbit App for some Customers has been fixed. Performing a manual sync in the Fitbit app (pull-down on the Today screen) is the recommended work-around to populate the Cardio target load value.
Please let us know how it goes.

Hello @terriannne
According to the help page on Cardio & Target Load (<-- click), a user needs to wear their device for 7 consecutive days & nights for the first cardio target load. It could be that you might have interrupted the target load algorithm when you didn't wear your Charge 6 for a day.
If you don't see your Cardio target load reappear after wearing your Charge 6 for 7 consecutive days & nights, please let us know.
Also, are you getting your Daily Readiness score? The cardio target load algorithm uses the Daily Readiness score to calculate your daily target load.

Best AnswerHello @Jodith
Which Fitbit device are you using?
Do you see the Cardio Load tile in your Fitbit app? Have you set up your fitness goal on the Cardio Load page?

Best AnswerHello RiekoC, I have the Charge 6. And yes I used to get my daily targets, but for the past week or so, no target. Actually i just looked, July 5th was my last day with a cardio target.
Hello @Jodith
Ummm...that was one heck of a Cardio Load day that you got 502!
By any chance, did you not wear your Charge 6 on 05 Jul that you got 0 for your Cardio Load & AZM?

Thanks!! Rode in 2 MS150s in June! I thought i have worn the fitbit everyday, and my.longest inactive period for July 5, was 1 hr and 1 minute. I checked today and the target is working again. So strange..... thank you for your help with this!
Hi @Jodith
What an awesome accomplishment! Congrats!
Thanks for letting us know that you're seeing your Cardio Target Load again. I'm not really sure why it disappeared for a while. If it happens again, please let us know.

Best AnswerI'm also having this issue. Charge 6, purchased and started using on July 17, worn continuously, started getting cardio load targets on July 24. I didn't get a cardio zone target until midday yesterday, despite all health metrics and daily readiness score available. Now nothing again this a.m. I've deleted and restored app (also done yesterday), to no avail.
I know a lot of people have problems using the cardio load targets, but I was interested in seeing if it could be useful for me. But if I can't see it until some indeterminate time of day (or at all?), it's not going to do the trick.
Best AnswerJust started having this issue with my Charge 2 / iOS. I have the latest update 4.49. I had a normal target yesterday (8/3) but No Target today. Rarely take my Fitbit off, last time was to charge Friday night (8/1).

Hi, I’m still having this problem even though I’ve synced my Fitbit on the app a few times. It’s been about a week that it’s not giving me a target cardio load. What should I do?
I haven't had a Cardio Load Target in more than a week. This is definitely not fixed.

I've been wearing a my inspire 3 for months now, and never get a target cardio load.
However, sometimes I get a recommended cardio range in a message, so it seems to be calculated. Just the app is too buggy to show it in the right section. I'm on the latest version and have restarted both devices and reinstalled the app - no change.
