How do I find out the status of a case number? This case was created via a Chat with first Fitbit and then transferred to google.

I don't know how my problem was categorized. I think SDK refers to software development. So, no not that. My problem is that my historical data is missing from the app that runs on my android phone. I can see accumulations of data when I log into Fitbit website, but detail for the last year is missing. So is this considered an API problem?

Have you tried uninstalling, then re-installing the Fitbit app on your phone? This method has worked for many users to restore their historical data.

Hi RiekoC,
I have deleted and reinstalled the app a couple of times last week when my data first disappeared. That did not help bring back my data. Maybe I need to try it again.

Thanks for letting us know that you tried uninstalling & re-installing the Fitbit app without success.
If you try this again, please try restarting your phone after uninstalling the app. Some users mentioned that they had to restart their phone for this to work for them.
